I'm planning on leaving in late February and staying for about a year. If anyone has been on a working holiday there any tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
many backpackers i have met, go to mildura, victoria and you can generally get work all year round. mostly fruit picking or packing.
bring a suit, your resume, 2 references, and register with an employment agency. Don't srrive in Sydney, then stayfor 12 months. Travel around!
Check out Perth in WA - it is supposed to be amazing (I leave in a week for WA)
bring ya drinking shoes. also make sure you head inland and experience the centre of the joint
