I hope someone can help with this question. I am a u.s. citizen and my wife, who is a Chinese passport holder, want to cruise for our honeymoon. We will be married in September and want to cruise in early October. She has a U.S. Visa , which will expire by the time we plan on crusing. We have applied for "an adjustment of status", for her. Are we able to take a seven day cruise to Mexico?.
Check with immigration.......it would be a shame if your new wife couldn't get back into the country......you can apply for a rush passport........she will be a citizen after she says I do.
